Faiza Homes' founder and CEO, Aisha ElSherbiny, created this platform after being inspired by her own experiences as a tenant searching for housing. Aisha came to Canada as an international student at the Memorial University of Newfoundland and after completing her PhD, she held various academic positions within universities across Ontario and the United States. These work roles took her from city to city where she found herself searching for rental housing with every new position.

Having to move around frequently made her realize just how difficult it is to find the right place to rent. At the same time, she recognized the struggle homeowners were facing trying to find suitable tenants for their properties.

Meet the Founder & CEO of Faiza Homes

Aisha came to Canada as a graduate student where she attended the Memorial University of Newfoundland, completing a Masters in Computational Science and a Ph.D. in Quantum Chemistry.

With a background focused primarily on Quantum Chemistry and Computer Science, Aisha unexpectedly discovered her passion for helping others through her own personal rental experience.

Aisha is now dedicated to creating a platform that supports tenants, homeowners and property managers.
